Failed Update

If an agent update has failed, you can download the log file directly from the console via remote action by following the steps below:

  • Click on the Endpoint or select several : 

  • Click on New Remote Action                           
  • Enter the directory of the log file: C:\Program FilesNucleon-SecurityInstall.log

  • Click on Create
  • Finally, click on the file to download it
  • List errors and send to Nucleon support at email support@nucleon-security.com
