If an agent update has failed, you can download the log file directly from the console via remote action by following the steps below:
- Click on the Endpoint or select several :

- Click on New Remote Action
- Enter the directory of the log file: C:\Program FilesNucleon-SecurityInstall.log

- Click on Create
- Finally, click on the file to download it

- List errors and send to Nucleon support at email support@nucleon-security.com
