1) At the Nucleon console level
First of all, the agent cannot be uninstalled directly from the Endpoint; deactivation from the console is essential.
- Connect to the Nucleon console,
- Go to the Endpoint tab,
- Select the Endpoint you wish to uninstall,
- Click on deactivate:
- Enter the reason for deactivation:
- Then delete the agent from the console to free up licence space.
2) In the Endpoint with Nucleon Agent:
- In the Endpoint, go to "Add or remove a program",)
- Search for "Nucleon-Smart-Endpoint" and click on uninstall:
